This is not your typical ghost tour. Join The Ghost Tour as one of our professional tour guides, who’s a seasoned paranormal investigator, as they lead you on a 2 hour outdoor ghost hunting expedition of Colonial Williamsburg. You will get to work hands-on with real paranormal investigation equipment such as the PSB7 Spirit Box, EMF Meters, Dowsing Rods, Rem Pods, etc. All the while you’ll learn about different techniques and experiments(such as the Estes Method) that are actively used in the field to gather evidence. Group numbers are kept small to offer a more intimate experience. All equipment is provided, but we invite guests to bring their own. Ticket purchase required before meeting the tour.

The Extreme Tour meets at The Capitol Building on Duke of Gloucester Street at 9pm. Parking is in Merchants Square or in Tavern Parking off of Francis Street. You can not drive down Duke of Gloucester St so you must park and walk to the Capitol. Please allow yourself 15 mins to park and walk to the Capitol. No refunds or exchanges. Tours rain or shine.
