Thank you for considering our ghost tour company for your next spooky adventure! Please review the following terms and conditions before booking your tour: (Also please remember to tip your tour guide!)

Refunds and Exchanges for General Public bookings: Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. Once a tour has been booked and paid for, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations

Weather Policy: Our ghost tours take place outdoors. Please come prepared for all weather conditions, as tours will proceed regardless of the forecast. Tours will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by our tour guides. In the event of extreme weather, participants will be notified of delays, cancellations or rescheduling options. We highly recommend dressing appropriately and bringing any necessary gear to ensure your comfort during the tour.

Group Reservations: For groups of 20 or more participants, reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance through our group sales department. Failure to do so may result in different rates being applied or availability constraints. Final numbers are due 72 hours prior to tour time. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible to secure your group booking.

Payment Requirements: To confirm your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to submit payment may result in your reservation being canceled. Please ensure that all payments are made promptly to secure your spot on the tour.

Tour Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves appropriately during the tour. Disruptive behavior or failure to follow the instructions of the tour guide may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Safety: Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour. It is important to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour guide. The tour company is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the tour.

Age Restrictions: Some tours may have age restrictions or content not suitable for younger audiences. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they meet the age requirements before booking a tour.

Photography: Photography tour may be restricted to protect the privacy of others. Participants must obtain permission from the tour guide before taking any photographs.

Recording: No recording of any kind is allowed on any tours. All tours are Trademarked and Copyrighted.

Changes to Itinerary: The tour company reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, including route and duration, without prior notice.

• All tours are wheelchair and stroller accessible.
• The Original Ghost Tour meets in front of Lululemon in Merchants Square 345 Duke of Gloucester Street.
• The Extreme Ghost Tour meets at The Capitol on Duke of Gloucester Street
• The Murder Tour and Pub Crawl meets outside on the side walk at 110 S Henry Street
• The Ghost Tour Boos and Booze Haunted Pub Crawl meets in front of The Bruton Parish Church on Duke of Gloucester Street
• Instructions and directions for all tours will be emailed after ticket purchase.
• Please allow yourself time to park and walk to the tour meeting sites.
• YOU WILL NOT receive tickets for your tour and we DO NOT MAIL tickets YOU ONLY NEED YOUR LAST NAME.
• The tour goes rain or shine and is non-refundable.
• We are not sure if it will scare your children. You know them better than us. Nothing jumps out at you. This is not haunted house.
• This is for entertainment purposes only.
• The Ghost of Williamsburg Tour is 1 hour and 30 mins long.
• The Ghost of Yorktown Tour is 1 hour and 30 mins long.
• The Extreme Ghost of Williamsburg Tour is 2 hours
• Pub Crawls are 3 hours
• All tours are outside. All tours are non refundable and tour is all weather. No exchanges
